Sweet Potato Latte


1 small roasted sweet potatoes
3 cups milk (any kind, vegan-non-vegan)
1 cup dark brewed coffee
2 tbsp sugar or to taste
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp powdered ginger

Tip: For non-Vegan Replacements

Dairy Milk       | Coconut Milk

Freshly ground spices are much more

bold in flavor than dried.


Peel and mash roasted sweet potato then place in blender with 1 cup of milk. Blend until smooth then press through strainer to remove any strings or chunks. In a small sauce pot add 2 cups milk, 1 cup coffee, 4 tbsp of sweet potato puree and sugar & spices. Warm the ingredients on low heat while stirring. When it begins to steam remove from heat then serve. Finish with whipped cream or marshmallows and DRINK! Enjoy
