Fish Sausage


1 lb Whiting, skinned and cubed
½ Yellow Onion, cubed
½ Green Bell Pepper, cubed
3 Garlic cloves
4 Fresh Sage Leaves
1  Whole Eggs
½ cup Bread Crumbs
1 tbs Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper



In a food processor place onion, bell pepper, garlic and sage. Blend until minced then add fish and spices. Blend again for about 1 minute. Remove from processor and place in mixing bowl. Add egg, bread crumbs an

d maple then hand mix. Let stand for 10 minutes. Next make 2 oz patties then cook in medium skillet with 2 tbs vegetable oil on medium high heat. Cook until golden brown on each side. Enjoy!
