Lamb Sliders with Coconut Peanut Butter Spread

Lamb Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Lamb

  • 1 lb ground lamb

  • 1/8c chopped parsley

  • 1/8c chopped cilantro

  • 1/8c chopped rosemary

  • 1/8c chopped sage

  • 4 garlic cloves minced

  • 1/2 breadcrumbs

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 tbs salt

  • 1 tbs smoked paprika


Spread Ingredients:

  • 1c chunky peanut butter

  • 3/4c coconut milk


Celery leaves as green preferred

Slider Buns, preferably sour dough



Combine all lamb ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead together well to ensure herbs and seasonings are evenly distributed, then let mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Remove and form into ¼ of normal size patties. Pan sear in light oil until golden brown on both sides and cooked internally as desired.

Mix peanut butter and coconut milk together in small mixing bowl until smooth.

Toast sliders buns as desired.  Spread peanut butter and coconut spread on the bun. Add patty, then celery leaves. Top off with remaining bun then enjoy.
